Every Petsana diffuser kit is covered by our 60-Night Calm Guarantee. If you don't notice a calmer home within 60 nights of your delivery, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no return of the product required.

How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page within 60 nights of delivery, and include your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
